Add feature to rebuild mods to the latest game version
Most mods I use don't have a recent release, some being a few years old. I propose Resolute to have the ability to recompile stale mods.
Many mods don't need a 'recent' release as they still work despite being created over a year ago. If you find that a mod is broken, I'd suggest to reach out to the author to update it. It is likely the mod would need changes to work again so a simple 'rebuild' isn't very likely to result in a working mod. (Although there have been a handful that just needed to be built against latest). Secondarily, if the mod author updates the mod, everyone can benefit from the updated mod.
This would probably be pretty far out of scope for Resolute. It'd be a ton of effort since the way a mod is built isn't necessarily consistent and is entirely up to the mod author, plus dealing with cross-platform building intricacies would complicate it further.
