Add wiki pages

Would be helpful to collect the assorted troubleshooting steps and fixes into a wiki on the repo. Stuff like making sure you have webview2 and how to restore it if you've removed it. Along with fixes for some linux distros that require setting environment variables or running it a specific way to get it working. Could link a few examples here but easy enough to also search the discord help-and-support channel.
