Expose Port 554 for SAT>IP

Problem/Motivation

SAT>IP clients expect RTSP on port 554

Expected behavior

Port 554 should be exposed in order to support SAT>IP clients

Actual behavior

Port 554 is a priviledged port and therefore not exposed by the add-on

Proposed changes

Add a configuration parameter to run the add-on with root priveledges (yes, I know...) in order to expose port 554
