This should not happen, Borg is not designed that way. Provide more details, along with a screen shot, and file and course details.

Do you mean to say that it overwrites the previous files? Send me more details, which course is this happening in? and what is you OS? If this is happening...

I think I just encountered this issue, working on the solution now.

Sorry about the delays. Wait just a few days more, I had planned on releasing an update a long time back, but life has a way to upset plans :(

I have got no idea what the problem could be, I will look into it don't worry.
