Exporting Bitly links to XML for usage with this plugin

I have created some scripts that help folks back up their data from Bitly and then convert it to a XML file compatible with your plugin.

I thought I may link the project here, in case it may be useful to other people (in my case the software has been successfully used to migrate about 2200 links).
