Add folder select list to Restore Revision popup

Current UI:

Proposed new UI:

Replace the textbox in current UI with the above layout, with only the search button and no else buttons.

Reasons:

  1. Second UI is more user friendly. He/she can easily browse snippets and folders.
  2. It does not make sense to let users edit the selected revision when they always can edit it after restoring. Hence, got rid of that textarea.

I didn't know you could do that! Why 3.2.0 milestone though?

3.1.0 is urgent as it has to fix the contextuals bug. Also, golden rule, don't fit too many updates in one version or that'll confuse users and they'll miss out many things and besides it'll make it harder to fix things lest they break during update :)

@JAIDEV123 consider implementing the snippet list view in such a way so that this can be done.
