Hello

I have succeded to build your package on windows with py37 and py38 (visual studio community 2017 - pyqt5 - qwt 6.1.3)

If you want to test, go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/pcpu/files/Python3%20windows%20amd64/

Now, I'm trying to build your package with visual studio community 2019 - pyqt5 5.15.0 - qwt 6.1.5.
