Add Documentation That Explains Trade-Offs of Methods

The README file shows that GatorGrouper has multiple methods for forming the groups. However, there is no discussion of the trade-offs associated with using these different methods. As such, the documentation needs to explain more clearly how the methods work and when they work well. The output of GatorGrouper should be compared and contrasted when it is used with different methods.
