Termux doesn't have access to the underlying hardware drivers which are required for the custom bluetooth stack. Also BlueZ doesn't run on android.
Any errors? The initial pairing can take a bit. Try cancelling the pairing and trying again.
Looks like the Wii Remote still isn't paired to the console. Not sure what's preventing it. You could try [clearing paired remotes](https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1705/~/how-to-clear-all-syncs) in System Settings.
What kernel binary are you using? If you're using the loadfile binary make sure you have a valid `launch.rpx` on the root of your SD card.
Try resetting the bluetooth device `sudo hciconfig hci0 reset`.
Looks like your bluetooth chip isn't supported (yet). Will have to look into this and find working HCI commands for setting the address.
