Players that match player 1 lock in after playing one game

To recreate, start a Hunter game with two players. Exit to the main menu, then start a Survivor game. Player 2 will appear as Hunter. This is due to JollyCoop.JollyMod.config.playerCharacters being written to in JollyCoop.RainWorldGameHK.spawnVanillaPlayers but never reset to its previous state.
