Add regex to --crawler option

It's not necessary to crawl all ilias courses and not very convenient to always specify explicit courses to be crawled. Allowing a regex (or even a glob) to the --crawler option will allow conveniently to crawl all courses of a given Semester if the crawlers match a given patten (e.g. SS2024/course1, SS2024/course2/.. and the regex SS2024/.*).

I usually set skip = yes for crawlers I don't need but want to keep around. In this case, for crawlers that are not for the current semester.
