Dockerization of the entire application.

This PR adds Docker support for the entire application. This allows anyone to run the application locally simply by using the included scripts. Currently this is completely experimental.

Thanks again for your PR! I've just migrated the Gamocosm deployment (and development) to use containers (started in December last year, got tilted that you can't start rootless podman containers on boot with systemd, so it's been in limbo until now).

I'm guessing this PR is probably out of date regardless, so I will close it. Feel free to open an issue for any questions or problems, or another PR if I'm missing something!
