For Debian, you should install this: https://github.com/pyload/pyload/releases/download/0.4.20/pyload-cli_0.4.20_all.deb

Currently the main focus is to stabilize pyload 0.5, so maybe after that.

It works fine under windows, what OS are you using? Can you retry the download?
