Make no stocktextures warning disableable

I use a planet pack with Parallax 2.0, and it sometimes gives me an error that stocktextures is not installed (I deliberately removed it because it would conflict with the planet mod) depending on in which order the mods are installed. Since i don't care about this, there should be an option to disable it (maybe "Hide StockTextures warning (PLANET PACKS ONLY)"). While i can always click ignore, it's just annoying.
