Change display language

Is it possible to change display setting for windows? I followed the installing procedure without major issues and then went to Settings>Time&Language>Language&Region > Add a Language but it won't let me select Español(España) it seems to have all other spanish languages, I also tried with German(Germany), French(France), Italian(Italy) all of them seems to be active to download, only one that does not let me select to download is the one that I actually need. Any ideas?
