Fps counter isn't accurate and hiccups

Description of Issue

Fps counter isn't accurate at all. Please fix this.

There is also hiccups during gameplay. Like freezing for some seconds.

Expected Behavior

Fps counter should be stable like 30 fps with 100% speed
