A stretch to window option for the aspect ratio for the windows version not android version

What feature are you suggesting?

I wish we could have a stretch to window option for the windows version not the android version. The aspect ratio a lot of other emulators have this option and with the 3ds you get black bars on the left and right sides if you have a 16:9 display.

Why would this feature be useful?

It will help on hiding the black bars on the left and right sides without having to change your display aspect ratio.
