Fix Enchantment Extractors' Mending advancement bug

Fixes a bug where attempting any enchantment extraction would grant the advancement. Now properly grants advancement if Mending is extracted "properly" (without Curse of Vanishing).

*Does not grant advancement if Mending is already in the Extractor
