Describe the bug Teleportation Jammers are incorrectly named

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Craft a Teleportation Anchor OR
2. Break an existing Teleportation Anchor

Expected behavior The item should be called Teleportation Jammer

Fix gm4_teleportation_anchors/loot_tables/items/teleportation_jammer.json set_name should translate to "Teleportation Jammer" instead of "Teleportation Anchor"
