I cannot run on my pc due to libc incompatibility

@kenkit I have compiled a generic static linux build. (libc and etc included to executables) mktool-5.4-linux-static.tar.gz Source code: mktool mkbootimg loki

That does the job as well for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (the recommended build env for AOSP). Probably worth keeping something like a real old CI build config around for this.
