VR Perlin Noise Experiment

Add a new VR experiment with Perlin noise. The user can experiment with the parameters of Perlin noise such as scale, octaves, visualization etc. If time permits, a goal or quest can be added to the experiment where the user must guide a ball into a hole using the generated map.
