Meson breaks build on Arch

Trying to install this on Arch through [AUR](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gputop-git) gives: `../gputop/meson.build:15:0: ERROR: Automatic wrap-based subproject downloading is disabled` Maybe because of this issue: https://github.com/harfbuzz/harfbuzz/issues/2551

No tools available to compile on Linux.

Are there instructions for how to compile this on Linux?

It would be very helpful to be able to review videos in the media gallery

Not sure if it's possible, but would be way easier than going all the way back to desktop mode just to review footage
