Update for 4.20

Current version won't build for Unreal Engine 4.20.

The project is missing its "intermediate" folder. This can be remedied by temporarily moving the "binaries" folder from the plugin and "regenerating project files" for the project. Then build the project by starting up the project. This will rebuild the project and create a new "binaries" and "intermediate" folder. Delete the "binaries" folder that was created by the process and replace it with the originally packaged binaries that were moved earlier.
