index.php/admin/settings#settings - settings doesn't work

When i push Settings, Plugins, Logs, nothing happen :| No error, nothing http://gladiatori-bucuresti.ro/bans/index.php/admin/settings and when i press: http://gladiatori-bucuresti.ro/bans/index.php/admin/settings#settings

I can confirm it. In javascript console I see an error into tiny_mce_gzip.js:134 but that line doesn't exist.

I can confirm it works fine if you have full webpanel access, but for non-full privledged people, profile settings never appear so they can't be changed.
