Web panel "could not connect" but everything is fine

Hello i get the error "could not connect to server" you see it here: http://8bitzone.eu/sb/index.php English is not my first language...

1. Admins rights ect is working fine.
2. The server adds automatically himself to the web panel... Where can i disable it? If i add the server manual it looks good (shows server name ect) BUT if i add me as a admin it wont work....
3. I get no error's
4. sourcebans config:
   // If your game server is behind NAT or -ip is not set on startup, // enter the public IP address or hostname of your game server below

what do i have to put there?

Edit it works if i:

1. Let the Server add him auto
2. Disable him so it wont show on the panel
3. Add admins ect
4. Add the Server manually let it show on the server
5. Bans are working fine ect but if i click on a ban it shows Server: "Clould not connect"...

What is the game port you are using? Check if the gameport is already being used by something else.

Very belated reply but: Check to make sure the server can be pinged via it's UDP port.
