Transaction labeling / Memo editing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It was reported that users would like to have the ability to either edit memo or label a transaction with a note.

Describe the solution you'd like Possibility to change description of TX once it was done. For reporting / accounting purposes.

Additional context "If I pay to WoS I can not change that the tx is a salary. The note is still just wallet of satoshi"
