Pending balance for a wallet

Description

We currently only add confirmed onchain transactions (and confirmed/pending LN balances) to our ledger. This could be tricky for folks trying to draw a total balance (confirmed and pending) for a wallet.

Proposed solution

Add a new selection that captures and returns the balance for all onchain unconfirmed transactions for a user that haven't been added to the ledger as yet.
