step to try to reproduce:

create invoice from c-lightning with 20 sats amount in a not well connected node
pay from the freecorn cluster

the error message saying the amount was incorrect after retrying multiple time, the error message changed to route error

@UncleSamtoshi can you double check if you can reproduce once the facade has been merged? we can close if we can't reproduce.
