Manually added CA in phone not honored

Describe the bug

Blink seems to not use custom CA added manually in phone. Says it cannot retrieve invoice.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install CA certificate on phone
  2. Verify phone browser does not generate warning for certificate
  3. Try to access LNURL invoice from server using cert signed by CA
  4. Install letsencrypt cert on same server, verify it works with blink

Expected behavior

Should retrieve invoice, and move to send tx pane.
