Push notification treshold limit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently I get dozens of push notifications for receiving 1 sat every day. Probably due to some kind of advertising via lightning addresses or other spam.

Describe the solution you'd like Give a option in the settings to define a minimum amount that must be received to trigger a push nidification. Maybe set the standard value already to 100 sat.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just setting a higher standard value without exposing a new setting to the user. But idk how suitable that is long term.
