[bug]: Blink app Permission request for Photos and Videos

Describe the bug

Blink's previous state allowed reading Qrs from files saved on the device. Currently, the app does not request permission to access the files to search.

This is a comparison with other wallet

Expected behavior

Blink should be able to access the device's files to search for QR images to process payments.

OS: Android Version 2.2.124.582
