Is this lib working only for RC522?

Hello, I'm trying to implement a simple NFC reader with android things using Adafruit Pn532 and raspberry pi 3 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/364)

And its a quite new experience for me working with hardware

Is your lib supports all types of NFC readers ( for example the MIFARE commands and the other things )?
