Training a new species, need help!

Hi, there These days I used the Augustus to deno predict the gene structures, but there were some problems. I want to annotate the genes about the pig and I used the human gene model to do it. When I combined the results into the EVM model, the Augustus results were inconsistent with the Pacbio RNA-seq. So I think there may be some problem about the genes prediciton. Then I used the genome and gtf file from the existed pig data from the ENSEMBL to train the genes. But the results were not very good. So I think if you can trained the pig data ? As the genome of the pig data is 2.5G and the gtf file may be hundred M. So I should send it to you with an email-address.
