Extrinsic Configuration File: PB, P, E, W

I am looking for an extrinsic configuration file that supports hints from Proteins (P), EST / cDNA (E), RNA-Seq (W), and PacBio (PB). In the config/extrinsic directory, I can see that there are the extrinsic.M.RM.E.W.P.cfg and extrinsic.M.RM.PB.cfg files.

I was wondering what is the best way to combine both files. I was planning to copy the 3 columns ([GENERAL] table) with the PB information from extrinsic.M.RM.PB.cfg to extrinsic.M.RM.E.W.P.cfg, as well as the "PB" tag for the SOURCES section. Would this be enough? I see that the first 3 columns of the table (GENERAL) are a little different between both files. should I modify these columns?
