Stuck during training

Dear developers,

I am following the Hoff and Stanke 2018 paper "ALTERNATIVE PROTOCOL 4 - TRAINING AUGUSTUS FOR A NEW SPECIES". Everything seems fine until the step "augustus --species=bug test.gb > test.out", when it got stuck. Could you please take a look at the log file and suggest ways to move this forward?

I also meet the same question! Augustus had been stuck for four days, no error raised and everything seemed ok, but no new results updated. Here is my code: ${augustus} --species=arabidopsis ${genome} --gff3=on --progress=true --outfile=denovoHJ.gff3
