Unable to link metamask wallet with my node

I started following this quickstart guide and was able to successfully run my node at this link Screenshot from 2024-08-13 15-17-32

and after going to the link I got the UI but the metamask wallet is not getting linked Screenshot from 2024-08-13 15-20-33

Although this node is working fine while running locally.
