Official RPF PoE HAT is missing

This is an interesting one since we don't currently document the POE Pins. Maybe we should?

i honestly wanted these newer pins documented because if you plug POE into the pi and DON'T use the POE hat, there's some potential to pull that extra power into other things by wiring off the 4 pins. I'm surprised that no one is interested in the extra voltage that would become available for other attached electronics

Huh? If you're not powering the Pi with the PoE HAT, then I guess that implies that the Pi must be mains-powered; in which case why not also use that mains power for your "extra electronics" rather then trying to mess about with PoE? :shrug:

i mostly just didn't want to add another port to my pi box LOL. but i'm sure someone smarter than me might find a use for it. at the very least it would be nice to have for troubleshooting
