Problem with non ASCII filenames

Hi, due to recent changes I have a problem with filenames containing non-ASCII (Cyrillic to be more specific) filenames. When I am sending a file with no Latin characters in filenames it shows up in my kindle library as .epub or something like that. Even if I try to send a file that I was sending previously its name is butchered now.
