[BUG] Mining rig start lagging if an inventory is full

Description:

• When a Mining Rig is running, and is trying to insert items in inventories that are full, the tick time will slowly increase and make the server running the mod lag.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Set up a Mining Rig computer, a power source, and drills
• Fill the output inventories, making it so no space is available for the Mining Rig computer to output ores in
• Observe the TPS time increase (using the Spark mod for example)
