[BUG] Mining rig doesn't seem work

Description: The mining rig seems not to work. When I power it up, give it a drill and a data card it cycles once (not giving any ores, just drill head circle passing once) and then stops. When I try to reinsert the data card, it doesn't even cycle once. If I remove the drill and then add it again, it says drill inactive.

Is something in my setup wrong, or is it just a bug?

Steps to Reproduce: Minecraft 1.18.2 or 1.19.2 indrev 1.14 or 1.15

• Minecraft: 1.18.2 or 1.19.2
• Fabric API: 0.61 for 1.19.2
• Industrial Revolution: 1.14 or 1.15
• Modpack: Standalone or in All of fabric 5

i fing out what is happening if you just take out item pipes and place chest next to mining rig computer it will just place ores into chest so problem was in pipes
