[BUG] Laser texture invisable throught capsule

Description:

• The laser texture is invisible when viewed through the capsule

Steps to Reproduce:

• Build a laser setup
• Turn it on
• If you look through the capsule the texture that touches the capsule of the laser is invisible.

Technical Information:

• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Fabric API: 0.32.5
• Industrial Revolution: 1.8.13

Details: This was tested with out any rendering mods like Sodium
