Some colors not showing up correctly

I haven't used this theme in a while but I decided to use it now and I'm encountering a strange issue. The dark mode has a missing/incorrect background color, background color for text boxes, and highlight color for some buttons. They're all replaced with a bluish-dark-grey color. Sometimes its a bluish-normal-grey color. This happens on both dark and light themes, but only with a dark color scheme (any dark color scheme at all not just the one included with this theme). Light color schemes do not seem to cause the background color to be stuck as this color.
