Active and inactive tabs aren't distinguishable in light theme

My problem

When in light theme, active tab and inactive ones have the same background colour, so I'm unable to distinguish them without hovering tabs one after the other! :sweat:

  • Light theme (I have enabled the 'join inactive tabs' option to help me find my way around) :angry: image

  • Dark theme (as you can see, only the active tab is visually elevated) :smiley: image
