Add parsing mode and live preview

Hi,

thanks for the useful plugin.

I don't know if you still maintain it, but before creating another fork npm package, I wanted to ask you if you want to update the existing one.

I added the possibility to parse a date, which in my opinion could be easier than having to enter a date in many different fields.

Also the live preview is pretty valuable I think.

As new arguments have been added and the order has been changed it is a breaking change for already existing tags of the plugin.

I also updated moment and removed the node_modules folder from the repo, that is not needed.
