bug fix: Replaces illegal characters in github issue title for creating vault file name to allow for more robust naming conventions in issues. Saves original issue name in frontmatter for when pushing back to github

feature: pulling issue info no longer overwrites existing file properties for when using plugin on files created via templates

feature: modify files using app.vault.process method so corresponding links in the vault are updated

todo: bump version if necessary

After almost a year, I don't think this pull request will be merged. These should already be included in version 1.1.0.
