multiple pairs model

Hello I just wondering, which is better to save model from multiple pairs (ie: 100 symbol / pairs). store it per symbol or just use single model like you do in your program (best-model.h5) ?

A system for managing models would be cool, but for now I'd just stick with one, to keep the ops sane..
