OK it seems I have things working and that Japonicus' genetic algorithm is evolving the 'NEO" strategy (https://github.com/xFFFFF/Gekko-Strategies/tree/master/NEO - note: not sure why I am using this, seems outdated but should be fine for a test) on 2 months of backtest data for BTC vs EVX in Binance

Each locale has its own population and its own slice of 30 days (with deltadays=30) of the evolution dataset.
