Multi-OS Install guide.

A multi-OS install guide would be good (preferably) with an automated run-time file to pull dependant items (install all the python modules using pip) and configure the setup.

This would enable rapid continuous integration testing with the latest versions of dependant items and modules are not causing breaking changes.
