Vaccine Availability Email Notifications

Hey @GUI 👋

The vaccinespotter project inspired me to create this project using the vaccine spotter API that will send emails to people when new appointment slots open up.

If you're interested in integrating notifications into the site, let me know. A link to https://covid-vaccine-notifications.org would probably be simplest but I could also add a form into the vaccine spotter site as well.
