computation of (minimal) homology generators

GUDHI currently doesn't support the computation of representative (minimal) homology generators, e.g. cycle representatives: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/frai.2021.681117

This feature is already implemented in Julia software, e.g. Eirene.jl supports "matroid generators" and the paper above comes with Julia code for minimal generators. So it would be great to have this feature also implemented in GUDHI.

Or would it be possible that you can provide any basis of homology generators, although not necessarily minimal? That might already quite helpful.
